You’ll find everything from contemporary takes on pub classics to sumptuous seasonal specials and dreamy desserts. Don’t forget our vegetarian and vegan offering too, which we’re sure will tempt all, regardless of whether you eat meat or not. Here are some of our favourites to whet your appetite.
Crispy Chermoula Prawns
This scrumptious starter is a perfect way to begin any meal and makes for a delicious snack too. Black tiger prawns are coated in a tasty Moroccan seasoning with a crispy lime & panko crumb and served with herb mayo, charred lime, and parsley oil.
Twice Baked Goats' Cheese Souffle
Our gorgeously light cheese souffle is set to become a new favourite. Twice baked with irresistibly flavoursome goats’ cheese, it’s served on a rich Davidstow mature Cheddar cheese & mustard sauce. Completing this starter is a caramelised red onion chutney, chives, and parsley oil.
Fish Pie
Sometimes you just can’t beat a hearty fish pie. Ours features monkfish, smoked haddock, tiger prawns, and Atlantic prawns wrapped in a lobster-infused sauce (the sauce is seriously good!) Topped with cheese mashed potato, this moreish dish is completed with fine green beans and roasted carrot.
Seafood Sharer
There’s no better way to sample the delicacies of the sea (other than our fish pie) than with our seafood sharer. It’s a feast for the eyes and taste buds. Tuck into cider & leek mussels, fish goujons, smoked mackerel, salt & pepper squid, black tiger prawns, and an Atlantic prawn cocktail. This proper feast is served with fries, sweet chilli, lime & coriander mayo, an apple & celeriac remoulade, sliced focaccia, a warm baguette, and Cornish butter.
Black Forest Trifle
Sure to go down a treat among those with a sweet tooth, this tempting dessert is sure to top off your meal in style. A kirsch-infused chocolate brownie meets griottine cherries, cherry compote, and crème anglaise with a Chantilly cream and chocolate crumb topping.
